Wholemeal pasta and roast beef, served with cooked vegetables

Perfect for a family meal



Serves 1 (pln 4.8 per serving)

  • 100 g wholemeal pasta (spaghetti-like)
  • 100 g Sokołów leg of beef
  • 50 g red bell pepper
  • 3 large cauliflower pieces
  • 50 g courgette
  • 50 g onion
  • 10 g spinach
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • fresh basil leaves
  • dried tarragon (estragon)
  • 3 bay leaves
  • 5 grains of allspice
  • salt
  • pepper


Season the leg of beef with salt, pepper, tarragon, ground allspice and bay laves. Wrap the meat up in aluminium foil tightly. Bake in the oven for about 2 hours at 1600C. Cut all vegetables into pieces and sauté on oil. Add the cooked pasta and mix all the ingredients. Season to taste. Sprinkle with cut basil leaves. Serve with a baked leg of beef.
