Bavette salad

A colourful helping of health

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 pack Sokołów Uczta Qulinarna bavette
  • 1 pack of Sokołów raw bacon
  • 1 carrot
  • 1/2 pear
  • 1/2 mango fruit
  • avocado
  • 100 g cherry tomatoes
  • 1 chilli pepper
  • 200 g lamb's lettuce
  • vinaigrette dressing
  • black sesame seeds
  • oil

DIRECTIONS

Peel all vegetables and fruit and slice them or cut them into strips. The chilli pepper, cut with the seeds, is used for marinading the meat and for enhancing the taste of avocado. Season bavette steak with salt and freshly ground pepper. Cover the meat with slices of chilli pepper and marinade for over 10 minutes.

Place thin slices of bacon on the baking tin and put into the oven for about 4–5 minutes.

Put the marinaded beef on hot oil and fry until golden-brown.

Mix all vegetables with lamb's lettuce. Put the steak aside for a while to rest. Cut the steak against the grain. Put slices of beef on the salad and pour some vinaigrette dressing all over the dish. Top it off with crispy bacon slices. Season with black sesame seeds.
