Puff pastry wraps filled with pepperoni-like kabanos sausage and served with seasonal salad

Traditional sandwiches are not a 'must-eat'

Ingredients

  • Puff pastry wraps:
  • ready-made puff pastry
  • a pack of Sokołów Turkish kabanos sausages
  • sliced yellow cheese
  • a bell pepper
  • one half-sour pickle (or fully fermented)
  • grease for the baking pan
  • Salad:
  • tomato
  • cucumbers
  • onion
  • bell pepper

Directions:

Puff pastry wraps

Cut pastry into squares. Put a slice of cheese, pieces of the kabanos sausage, strips of the bell pepper and cucumber on each square and wrap them up. Bake for about 15 minutes at 150oC.

Salad

Cut all the ingredients up and mix them.
Season with salt, pepper and olive oil to taste.
