- Sokoliki poultry ham
- canned sweet corn
- tomatoes – preferably small, plum or cherry tomatoes
- yellow cheese
- hard-boiled eggs
- red onion (optional, as garnish)
- a bit of mayonnaise or herb and garlic dressing
Cut tomatoes into quarters or into eight parts (depending on their size), the cheese – into small cubes or shred it on the grater surface with large holes. Chop the eggs into cubes and cut the poultry ham into small strips. Put the ingredients in layers (apart from avocado and onion), preferably in a glass jar because the salad served in this way looks really appetizing. The order of the layers doesn't matter. It is important to place the avocado and optionally onion, both cut into strips, on the very top. I like onion, although my kids don't. Top the salad with a dab of mayonnaise or herb and garlic dressing.
You can take this salad both for an outing and to work, for lunch.
