Salad with meat chips, avocado and pomegranate

A light and healthy salad

Ingredients (a large bowl)

  • 1 pack of Sokołów pork chips
  • 2 green cucumbers
  • 2 avocados
  • 1 pomegranate
  • a pack of rucola
  • 1/2 iceberg lettuce
  • 3 baked beetroots, cut into pieces (of any size)
  • a pinch of salt
  • a pinch of pepper
  • a pinch of cinnamon
  • a pinch of cane sugar
  • 1/2 lemon juice
  • 1 glass natural yoghurt
  • a handful of coriander
  • a few drops of olive oil

Directions:

Put a cubed or sliced cucumber in a bowl along with avocados cut into wedges, add pomegranate seeds, beetroots, iceberg lettuce and rucola. Mix natural yoghurt with cane sugar and lemon juice in a separate bowl and add chopped coriander. Pour the dressing over the salad. Finally add the meat chips.
