Fried ribeye steak with roasted potatoes and spring salad

A simple idea for a special lunch

Ingredients

  • Sokołów Uczta Qulinarna ribeye beef steak
  • potatoes
  • tomatoes
  • a pickled cucumber
  • rucola
  • sweet and sour dressing
  • parsley leaves
  • garlic
  • butter
  • shallot
  • salt and pepper
  • thyme

Directions

Cut the potatoes into pieces and fry them on a hot frying pan until golden brown. Add a few sprigs of rosemary and crushed garlic. Bake them in the oven until ready to serve.
Cut the tomatoes, cucumbers, shallot, add some rucola. Sprinkle with a small amount of dressing immediately before serving.

Sprinkle the steak with salt and freshly ground pepper, next fry it on a hot frying pan with a small amount of clarified butter or beef suet. Place some garlic butter and a sprig of chervil on the steak.

You don't normally tenderize beef with a meat tenderizer. Beef chops (bitki) and rolled beef (zrazy) are exceptions, but tenderize them gently.
