- 500 g semolina
- 1 litre almond milk
- 100 g sugar
- 2 oranges
- fruit in syrup (e.g. sour cherries)
Pour milk into a pot, add sugar and zest from scalded oranges. Heat up and stir. Add semolina and remember to stir all the time while cooking so as to avoid burning. The dessert is ready after 8–10 minutes. Pour it into smaller dishes, put fruit in syrup on top and garnish with a peppermint leave.
