Caesar salad with butter fillet


  • Ingredients:
  • 75 g thick natural yoghurt
  • 10 g anchovies
  • 2 peeled cloves of garlic
  • 3 soft-boiled eggs
  • 100 g Parmesan cheese
  • 1 spiced baguette
  • 1 Roman lettuce
  • 1/2 iceberg lettuce
  • 300 g Sokołów butter fillet
  • salt, freshly ground pepper


Chop anchovies on a chopping board. They will give the salad dressing a unique taste: the key element of Caesar salad. Put the chopped fish in a bowl, add natural yoghurt, a finely chopped clove of garlic, salt and freshly ground pepper to taste. Mix all ingredients thoroughly.

Fry the torn spiced baguette on preheated oil, add a sliced clove of garlic and fry. You will get pieces of aromatic toast.

Tear all lettuce into pieces and mix it with the ingredients prepared earlier, i.e. dressing and fried baguette. Finally cut the soft-boiled eggs into halves and arrange them on the salad. Sprinkle with Parmesan flakes and thinly sliced Sokołów butter fillet.
